Event Packages

Provision has the expertise to stage your next event. We can meet all of your audio-visual needs. From small seminars and business presentations to AGM’s, product launches, road shows, awards nights, dinners and special functions.

Planning

We will seek to understand what you want from your event. Everything technical flows from your event goals. From the planning stage, with quotations and technical schematics to logistics and co-ordinating event set up.

Production

With our state of the art HD cameras we can professionally record your event, edit and master any recorded content to give you event maximum impact. We can work with you to develop the best Powerpoint or Keynote presentation, incorporating photos, graphics, audio and movie files, animations, transitions and great layout.

Execution

Our technicians will build and create your event environment to the highest standards. Experienced operators will then run your event professionally and smoothly. We can also provide technical directors, show callers, and stage managers.

We have worked in most venues in Auckland, from Hotel Ballrooms and semianar rooms to Expo, Conference and Convention Centres. We have wide industry partnerships and contacts so can find almost anything you need at the right price.

This package is suitable for up to about 70 pax
